We’re Todd & Lucy Duke, the husband-and-wife team behind Lazy 3 Leather Co. What started as a tiny basement hobby in Colorado has grown into the full-time family business we run here in Ivins, Utah. Our kids are part of the adventure—sometimes helping, sometimes distracting, always keeping life fun. We’re grateful every day for the support that lets us build this dream together.

Every item in our shop is made by our own two hands—cut, glued, stitched, finished, and shipped right from our little workshop. No mass production. No outsourcing. Just honest craft, quality materials, and a whole lot of care. Whether it’s a knife sheath, journal, or belt, we take pride in creating pieces that last for years.
