Due to the handmade nature of Lazy 3 Leather Company products, we follow strict returns, exchanges, and refund policies.

All craftsmanship is guaranteed. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear are available at a minimal charge, please contact us for more info.

Because every viewing device screen is calibrated differently, exact colors can not be guaranteed. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.

Monogramming and personalization are offered on many of our products. Once we have personalized an item it will no longer be eligible for a refund/return. 

“Out of Stock” items will be restocked as soon as possible.
