Refund Policy
At Lazy 3 Leather Company, we understand that sometimes items may not work out. You have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to return unused, in-new condition products. Items must be in their original packaging. Once received, we will inspect them for signs of use. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
  2. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  3. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear in your account.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the item was originally shipped with free shipping.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We ensure customer approval of font choice, placement, and custom text by sending a mock-up image before production.
  • If we are unable to reach a customer for approval (via email, text, or phone), we will proceed with the order, and no return or refund will be offered.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lazy3leather@gmail.com.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, exchange shipping times may vary. 
  • If returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
