Refund Policy
At Lazy 3 Leather Company, we understand that sometimes items may not work out. You have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to return unused, in-new condition products. Items must be in their original packaging. Once received, we will inspect them for signs of use. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
- We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the item was originally shipped with free shipping.
Custom Orders
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We ensure customer approval of font choice, placement, and custom text by sending a mock-up image before production.

If we are unable to reach a customer for approval (via email, text, or phone), we will proceed with the order, and no return or refund will be offered.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lazy3leather@gmail.com.
Sale Items
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

- If returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
